The VA-CCN comprises facilities approved to utilize veteran benefits for behavioral healthcare, offering veterans more convenient and timely access to treatment. Veterans looking to access treatment through the VA-CCN will require authorization from the VA and a doctor’s referral. These are typically obtained through a visit to the local VA office and a consultation with a primary care physician.
