Particularly noteworthy is our specialized treatment for adults dealing with anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), conditions that are prevalent yet often lack focused care. We offer an in-depth, multidisciplinary treatment approach that includes evaluation, symptom management, treatment planning, stabilization, and discharge planning. Our treatment utilizes evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and exposure response prevention (ERP) to effectively mitigate the symptoms of anxiety and OCD. This involves learning and applying mindfulness techniques, coping skills specifically tailored for anxiety and OCD, and participating in low-level exposure therapy.

Our Anxiety IOP, available Monday through Thursday from 10:00AM to 12:15PM, provides an empathetic and supportive environment for adults beginning or continuing their journey in managing these diagnoses.
