The IOP group is appropriate for any young person who may be experiencing psychosocial stressors or dysfunction related to, or exacerbated by, sexuality or orientation issues.

Though not all LGBTQIA+ youth experience emotional stress because of who they are, they will all benefit from being in a group setting that is safe, supportive and encourages expression of feelings, thoughts and opinions connected to sexuality and orientation.

This group meets in person Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 3:30pm – 5:45pm. Additionally, the IOP group encourages involvement from family and caregivers to help navigate issues that may arise in the home environment. Family group is on Thursday and a free parent support group meets on Saturday mornings from 10am – 11:30am.
