Our Pottstown location offers intensive outpatient programs for adults (ages 18+). This program provides a more structured program than weekly counseling sessions with a therapist. The core IOP treatment method involves group therapy sessions—individual and family counseling sessions can be scheduled on an as-needed basis. High Focus Centers utilizes a variety of therapies, such as:
