“PHP reduced my anxiety and fear on day one.  Inclusive and structured guided lessons take you on a journey from holistic & yoga to psych ed to expressive art therapy, all with your healing progress in mind.  I learned more about myself and how I could change my mental status with breathing exercises or calm a panic attack with affirmations.  the PHP showed me I wasn’t alone. I am more functional than I was six weeks ago.”
